Ingredients For balls filled with goat cheese in marinara sauce

1 lbground beef, chicken or turkey

2 clovegarlic, finely diced

1 tsponion powder

1 Tbspparsley, finely chopped

salt/pepper

1egg, slightly beaten
-
1 Tbspmilk
-
1/4 cpanko bread crumbs

4 ozgoat cheese
How To Make balls filled with goat cheese in marinara sauce

1combine all ingredients well in a bowl.

2take a spoon, scoop and make a ball....with your thumb make a "well" in the middle of each one a put a little bit of the goat cheese, pinch closed and make sure you re- roll the ball.

3place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 mins...then gently nestled them in your favorite marinara sauce and let simmer another 20 mins...be gentle, the cheese will ooze out...YUMMY
