I had originally found this recipe via Paula Deen. It is a wonderful meatloaf for kids and picky eaters. I usually double this recipe because we both love this meatloaf and want left overs! This is the ONLY meatloaf I make these days!

COOKS TIPS: I leave the onions off as I am allergic. You can use any kind of mustard you want, I use yellow and sometimes spicy brown. Use any kind of cheese you have on hand as well. I have doubled this recipe and instead of using 2 pounds of ground beef have added 1 pound ground pork.
