Ingredients For award winning chili

1/8 colive oil

4 mdonions,chopped

2 mdgreen bell peppers

2 lbground sirloin

1 1/2 lbground chuck 90% lean

1 cantomato paste 6oz

2 cantomato sauce 16oz each

4 canchili ready tomatoes

3 tspminced garlic
-
2 jarchili powder 3oz each

2 Tbspsalt

1 Tbsporegano

2 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspground black pepper
-
3 cankidney beans 16oz
-
1 canpinto beans (12-13 oz )

1/2 tspcumin
How To Make award winning chili

1Brown meat and drain, Heat oil in 12 quart pot over medium heat. Saute onions, green peppers and minced garlic until softened about 10 minutes, add meat,tomato paste, chili ready tomatoes and tomato sauce stir. Add garlic powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, cumin, and oregano, stir until mixed well add kidney beans, pinto beans stir until mixed well . reduce heat simmer on low for 3 hours stirring every 15 minutes
