My aunt was a wonderful cook and we always looked forward to visiting with her and eating her dishes. Her meatloaf was a treat every time we had it.

Ingredients For aunt donna's meatloaf

1/2 lbground beef

1/2 lbground pork
-
1/2 cgreen bell pepper (diced)

1 csmall onion (diced)

2 Tbspmustard, spicy brown

2eggs
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/3 cbread crumbs, seasoned

1 smtomato sauce, italian seasoned

1 Tbspchopped chives
-
3 slicebacon
How To Make aunt donna's meatloaf

1Mix 1st 8 ingredients together to form a loaf. Place in a loaf pan.

2Pour tomato sauce over top and place bacon on top.

3Cook at 350 for about an hour. Temperature in middle of loaf should be at least 160 degrees. Let sit for 15 minutes then slice.

4Use leftovers for sandwiches the next day!
