Ingredients For aloha joes

1 lbground round

2 clovegarlic (pressed or minced)

1 mdonion, chopped

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1 can15-oz can tomato sauce
-
2 tspworchestershire sauce
-
1 tspchili powder
-
1 can14.5 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained

6hamburger buns, split and toasted
How To Make aloha joes

1Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble meat into pan and cook until no longer pink. Reduce heat to medium.

2Add garlic and onion, cook until onion is soft. Drain and discard excess fat. Sprinkle meat mixture with salt and pepper Add tomato sauce, worchestershire sauce and chili powder.

3Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Stir in drained pineapple. Remove from heat. Spoon into buns.
