For those zucchini lovers out there...this is a delicious and different way to have zucchini. Enjoy!!

Ingredients For zucchini, bacon and cheese casserole

3/4 lbzucchini, grated
-
1onion, minced
-
3slices of bacon, chopped

1/2 coil
-
1 call purpose flour
-
1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1 cgrated cheddar cheese
-
5eggs, lightly beaten

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make zucchini, bacon and cheese casserole

1Cook bacon and set aside.

2Mix zucchini and onion together in a large bowl.

3Gently stir in the remaining ingredients

4Turn into 10 x 8 greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
