Ingredients For zucchini, bacon and cheese casserole

  • 3/4 lb
    zucchini, grated
  • 1
    onion, minced
  • 3
    slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 5
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make zucchini, bacon and cheese casserole

    Cook bacon and set aside.
  • 2
    Mix zucchini and onion together in a large bowl.
  • 3
    Gently stir in the remaining ingredients
  • 4
    Turn into 10 x 8 greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
