Ingredients For toscana soup

  • 3 qt
    water
  • 11/2 Tbsp
    chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 6
    russet potatoes, scrubbed and cubed
  • 2 bunch
    fresh kale, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 2 pt
    heavy whipping cream
  • 2 lb
    italian sausage, hot
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes

How To Make toscana soup

    Scrub and cut potatoes.

    Add potatoes, water, bouillon, onions, and seasoning to pot.

    Add chopped kale and sausage.

    Stir in cream. Add pepper flakes. Let simmer at low-medium heat for about an hour.
