Ingredients For spinach ricotta pizza

1 pkgpizza crust (boboli or mama mary's)

18oz ricotta cheese

110oz pkg frozen chopped spinach

1 tsporegano, dried

1fresh garlic clove, minced

18oz bag of shredded mozzarella cheese

4 Tbspfresh parmesan cheese
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
2plum tomatoes
How To Make spinach ricotta pizza

1Thaw and squeeze out spinach. Mix with ricotta cheese, oregano, 4 oz mozzarella cheese, and the Parmesan cheese. Crush the clove with a garlic press and add to spinach mixture. Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and place on a pizza pan. Spread spinach mixture on top and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Slice tomatoes very thin and lay on top. Add the Parmesan cheese all over top.

2Bake at 425F for 15 minutes or until cheese is turning golden brown in spots.
