Ingredients For spaghetti pie

  • 1/2 lb
    leftover cooked spaghetti
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    goat cheese
  • 1/4 c
    aspargus for garnish

How To Make spaghetti pie

  • 1
    Chop and cook asparagus for garnish.
  • 2
    Put the spaghetti with it's leftover sauce in a bowl.
  • 3
    Beat 2 eggs and pour into spaghetti.
  • 4
    Add the goat cheese.
  • 5
    Pour mixture into sprayed 9 inch pie plate.
  • 6
    Sprinkl top of pie with grated parmesan cheese and bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • 7
    Garnish the pie with asparagus before cutting.
