Simple Manicotti. Took the cheese sauce usually made for my lasagna and stuffed the shells. That simple.

Ingredients For simple manicotti

15 ozricotta cheese
-
1 1/2 cmozzarella cheese
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese, fat-free

1 Tbspparsley flakes
-
2eggs
-
10spinach leaves, diced

4mancotti shells
-
1 jarspaghetti sauce
How To Make simple manicotti

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Boil Water for shells. Spread 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 11x7 casserole pan.

2Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl. Pour mixture into Zip-lock bag. Only cook shells for 1/2 the time recommended on package. They will finish cooking in the oven.

3Once shells done and cooled, cut off a corner and use it to fill the manicotti. Place in pan. Cover with Spaghetti Sauce, add more Mozzarella over shells and bake for 35 minutes.
