I created this recipe to help my boys eat more vegetables when they were young. They seemed to love anything with tomato sauce so this recipe was a big success with them!

16 ozcan tomato sauce

16 ozwater

3medium zucchini

1 tspsalt

1 tspbasil

1/2 tsporegano
How To Make saucy italian zucchini

1Slice zucchini into 1 inch cubes. (You can peel the skin off before slicing if desired.)

2Brown minced garlic in olive oil.

3Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.

4Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or longer until zucchini is tender.
