Ingredients For roasted tomato pasta sauce

4large to medium tomatoes. any kind.

1/2head of garlic. keep cloves whole.

1/2yellow onion.

salt & pepper to taste.

1 Tbspolive oil

parsley and thyme to taste.

cooked noodles
How To Make roasted tomato pasta sauce

1Cut all tomatoes in quarters. Slice onion. Peel head of garlic.

2Place all ingredients on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes (until just browned).

3After the oven, place all ingredients in a food processor with parsley and thyme and blend.

4Add to your pasta in pan and cook together 4-5 minutes.
