Ingredients For roasted tomato pasta sauce

  • 4
    large to medium tomatoes. any kind.
  • 1/2
    head of garlic. keep cloves whole.
  • 1/2
    yellow onion.
  • salt & pepper to taste.
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • parsley and thyme to taste.
  • cooked noodles

How To Make roasted tomato pasta sauce

  • 1
    Cut all tomatoes in quarters. Slice onion. Peel head of garlic.

    Place all ingredients on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes (until just browned).

    After the oven, place all ingredients in a food processor with parsley and thyme and blend.

    Add to your pasta in pan and cook together 4-5 minutes.
