everybody loves my meatballs. delicious ! i brought them to potlucks and there never is any leftovers .. they are easy to make too. just delicious !!!!

Ingredients For real italian meatballs

1 lbground beef

1 lbground pork
-
1 colive oil
-
1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated

3 tspgarlic powder

1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
2eggs
-
1 1/2 citalian bread crumbs

1 1/2 Tbspitalian parsley chopped

How To Make real italian meatballs

1in large bowl , mix ground beef, ground pork and all ingredients.

2make balls rolling the meat in your hands. in a medium sauce pot , add olive oil and fry the meatballs . you are not cooking them all the way, by frying them. just brown them good . they will finish cooking in the tomato sauce .

3for the sauce you can follow the my marinara sauce direction. the only difference here is that , you are going to saute' onions and garlic in the same oil , you fried the meatball. to make this sauce you are going to use 2 or 3 big cans of tomatoes instead just i can.

4after you start sauce , you drop the meatballs in and let it cook at medium heat for 35 to 40 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. it's very tasty .. enjoy !!!!!!!
