5pre-made flatbreads...i used kangaroo brand

1 1/2 cfeta cheese split into 4 equal parts

1 croasted red peppers (i oven roasted mine but i've used canned before with no change in taste)

4 Tbspbasil, dried or fresh split into 4- 1t portions

4 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin or garlic flavored olive oil split into 4-1t portions

4 tspgarlic powder
-
salt and pepper to taste
- ROASTED RED PEPPERS

2red peppers
-
2 Tbspolive oil
- GARLIC OLIVE OIL

1jar of your favorite olive oil

4 clovegarlic peeled and pressed to release oil
How To Make quick flatbread with roasted red pepper and feta

1Prepare roasted red peppers by placing them on a baking sheet and drizzling with olive oil. Roast at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Chop

2Garlic olive oil can be prepared weeks in advance by taking your pressed garlic cloves and adding them to the olive oil to infuse the flavor. Skip this step if using regular olive oik.

3Top pre-made flatbread with feta, red peppers, basil and garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle olive oil over everything

4Broil for 5 minutes or until the flatbread is crisp.
