A recipe that was handed down to me that I absolutely love! They are a change of pace from the traditional stuffed shell, I love them for Thanksgiving Day! From my family's own personal recipe!

Ingredients For pumpkin stuffed shells

24jumbo pasta shells

1 Tbspolive oil

2 1/2 cricotta cheese
-
15 ozpumpkin puree
-
3/4 cromano cheese
-
1 lgegg
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 cfresh basil, chopped

1 Tbspfresh sage, finely chopped

1 tspsalt
-
1 tspground black pepper

3 cpasta sauce
How To Make pumpkin stuffed shells

1Cook pasta shells, with oil, according to package directions. Drain & transfer to a baking sheet to cool.

2In a medium bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients, except pasta sauce. Preheat oven to 350*

3Spread all of the sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Fill each shell with about 3 tbsp. of filling and arrange in dish. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
