pizza experiment
(3 ratings)
This thought just came to me - what if you used 2 flour tortillas for a pizza crust, held together with cheese in the middle like glue? I found some HUGE flour tortillas at Earth Fare, they were 12-13 inches in diameter, just the perfect size for my baking stone. Here is how this pizza turned out.
