It was my sister-in-law, from Broken Arrow, OK, Syotha's idea last Christmas to have a "make your own" pizza buffet. A break from the traditional. It was a huge success! Now I make it at home all the time. My husband Bob and I like it much more than any delivery or store bought pizza.

Ingredients For pita pocket pizza

  • 1 pkg
    pita pockets
  • 1 jar
    pizza sauce
  • 8 oz
    mozzerella cheese, shredded
  • toppings of your choice, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, onion, etc.

How To Make pita pocket pizza

  • 1
    Top pita pocket with pizza sauce, toppings of your choice and cheese. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 5 minutes.
