pepperoni bread roll
(2 ratings)
Looking for something to do today so I decided to poke around in the kitchen to see what I had on hand. Made this from scratch for the kids brunch. Turned out real yummy. (No yeast). Add some marinara dip on the side and enjoy!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This quick and delicious pepperoni roll is so good. It's a little different than you'd expect. The texture of the bread after it bakes is similar to a firm biscuit. Olive oil and cheese on top add a nice crisp. The inside is full of ooey, gooey cheese and pepperoni. Add as much or as little as you'd like; the more cheese the better in our book. We dipped a piece in marinara sauce and it was fantastic. A great party appetizer or a yummy game day snack.
