Ingredients For pizza pasta summer salad

  • 1 lb
    pkg. vegetable pasta, cooked
  • 1 1/2 c
    zesty italian dressing,more if needed
  • 1 c
    grape tomatoes
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 sm
    pkg. sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 8 oz
    pkg. mozzarella cheese sticks, cut up to bite size
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 1/2 c
    black or green olives,sliced
  • 1/2 c
    swiss cheese, shredded,optional

How To Make pizza pasta summer salad

    Cook pasta al-dente; drain,rinse and drain well. Cut tomatoes in half and add in a large bowl with the chopped bell pepper, onion, olives,mozzarella pieces and the turkey slices.

    Add the vegetable mixture and the pasta together and mix to combine. Pour dressing over all in the bowl.. This can be layered in a abowl or mixed together like suggested.

    Stir in the Swiss cheese.Chill for at least 2 hours, adding more dressing if necessary..sometimes the pasta absorbs the dressing and gets dry. So add extra dressing with disgression. Stir salad well before serving.
