Ingredients For olive garden chicken formaggio pizza

4 ozboneless, skinless chicken breast

1 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspdiced onion

1 ctomatos, diced and drained

1 tspchopped garlic
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspdried basil
-
1/2 cshredded fontinella cheese

1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 csliced mushrooms
-
1 Tbspshredded parmesan cheese

crust, either homeade or store bought
How To Make olive garden chicken formaggio pizza

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees

2Saute or bake chicken breast, cool. Cut chicken into 1/4 inch-wide strips

3Spray or grease a 12 inch pizza pan. Saute onions and garlic briefly in the olive oil and add them to the tomatoes, salt and basil

4Spread the tomato mixture over the top of the crust. Lay the chicken strips down over the tomatoes. Top with Fontinella and mozzarella cheeses. Add the sliced mushrooms and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the crust is piping hot. (longer if using homeade crust)
