Ingredients For nana joann italian sauce

1 canitalian crushed tomato 28oz can
-
1 canitalian puree 28 oz can
-
1/2 colive oil(darker the better)

3-4basil leaves or 1 teaspoon chopped basil

4chopped fine garlic cloves

1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder

1/2 tspgranulated onion powder

1/2-1 canwater depends how thick you like it

pinch of salt and pepper to taste
How To Make nana joann italian sauce

1In Large saucepan,saute garlic in oil.Add puree and crushed tomato's stir well.Add rest of ingredients stir well.If you like add as much water as you like but atleast a 1/2 a cup stir cover.If you have meat put it in make sure the meat is cooked.Cover cook on med-low for 2-3 hours.Good Luck
