One of the entire family's favorite "finger foods" mom served on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve/Day and on Super Bowl Sunday. It keeps well in the fridge but, doesn't last very long!

Ingredients For mom's pizza bread

1 1/2-2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 1/2-2 cmonterey jack cheese, shredded

1 1/2-2 cmozzarella cheese, shredded

1-2 tsporegano, dried
-
1 canchopped black olives (small)
-
1 cantomato sauce (8 oz.)
-
1 cantomato paste (5.5 oz.)
-
1 canoil (vegetable or olive - use empty paste can)

1loaf of sweet french bread
How To Make mom's pizza bread

1In a large mixing bowl, mix well: all cheese, oregano, olives, tomato sauce, tomato paste and oil.

2Cut loaf of french bread in half, lengthwise. Spread mixture on bread, in a somewhat thin layer or it won't completely melt and place under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.

3Slice and serve.
