Stove Top
Ingredients For meatballs

1 lbground chuck
-
1 lbgood italian sausage
-
3 Tbsppressed garlic
-
1/2onion, minced
-
3 Tbsptone's spaghetti seasoning
-
1large egg
-
1/2 cpecorino romano cheese, finely grated
-
1/2 cprogresso italian bread crumbs
How To Make meatballs
-
1Mix all the above and shape into balls.
When ready to cook, just drop into sauce and cook until done.
I like to freeze them on a cookie sheet, put them in a zip lock and pull out what I need when I need. - Last Step: Don't forget to share!
