Ingredients For meatballs

  • 1 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1 lb
    good italian sausage
  • 3 Tbsp
    pressed garlic
  • 1/2
    onion, minced
  • 3 Tbsp
    tone's spaghetti seasoning
  • 1
    large egg
  • 1/2 c
    pecorino romano cheese, finely grated
  • 1/2 c
    progresso italian bread crumbs

How To Make meatballs

  • 1
    Mix all the above and shape into balls.

    When ready to cook, just drop into sauce and cook until done.

    I like to freeze them on a cookie sheet, put them in a zip lock and pull out what I need when I need.
