1onion, finely chopped

1 lbpork, ground

How To Make meat sauce for spaghetti

1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add beef, pork, onion, green pepper and garlic and saute until browned, about 10 minutes.

3With a slotted spoon to drain off the fat, place the sauteed ingredients in a 4 quart saucepan.

4Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

5Slowly bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours.
