Best quick dinner around. Keep an air-tight jar of mix on the shelf (refrigeration is not required). When you need a fast, "elegant" dinner, thaw out some frozen shrimp, mix up just enough Alfredo sauce and serve in 15 minutes with your favorite pasta. Works nicely for 1 person or a large family. I sometimes use frozen shrimp, scallops, mussels, fresh mushrooms, canned peas and pimentos for a fancy Seafood Alfredo. Just saute the fish and veggies in a small pan then mix with the sauce. Serve over linguine with garlic bread and a bag of salad on the side. Yumm

1 cinstant nonfat dry milk

1/4 ccornstarch

1/8 cdried onion flakes

- SAUCE FOR 1 SERVING - MULTIPLY AS NEEDED

1Mix the dry ingredients and store in an air tight jar.

2Decide how many servings are needed.

3Melt butter in a sauce pan. Whisk in the dry mix. Whisk in the milk over medium heat until thickened.

4Serve over pasta. May be used with left-over meats, seafood and/or veggies.
