Ingredients For loaded potato pizza

    whole wheat boboli pizza crust
  • 3 md
    potatoes, baked, unpeeled.
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted.
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried italian seasoning
  • 1 c
    light sour cream
  • 6
    slices cooked bacon, crumbled.
  • 3
    chopped green onions.
  • 1-1/2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese.

How To Make loaded potato pizza

  • 1
    Lightly spray a pizza pan w/ cooking spray. Place Boboli pizza crust on pan. bake at 400 for 5 min. cut cooked potatoes into 1/2"-cubes. In lg bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Spread sour cream over pizza crust. Top w/ potato mix, bacon, green onions, and cheeses. bake at 400 for 15-20 min, or until cheese is lightly brown.
