Ingredients For loaded potato pizza

1whole wheat boboli pizza crust

3 mdpotatoes, baked, unpeeled.

1 Tbspbutter, melted.

1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tspdried italian seasoning

1 clight sour cream
-
6slices cooked bacon, crumbled.

3chopped green onions.
-
1-1/2 creduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese.

1/2 creduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese.
How To Make loaded potato pizza

1Lightly spray a pizza pan w/ cooking spray. Place Boboli pizza crust on pan. bake at 400 for 5 min. cut cooked potatoes into 1/2"-cubes. In lg bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Spread sour cream over pizza crust. Top w/ potato mix, bacon, green onions, and cheeses. bake at 400 for 15-20 min, or until cheese is lightly brown.
