Ingredients For lasagna

1 lbsweet italian sausage

1/2 lbhot italian sausage

1 lbground turkey

1/2 cminced onion

2 clovecrushed garlic

1 1/2 tspbasil, fresh

1 tspitalian seasoning

1/2 Tbspsea salt

1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper

2 Tbspfresh chopped parsley

1(28) ozcan crushed italian tomatoes
-
2(6) ozcans tomatoe pastse
-
3(6.5) canitalian tomatoe sauce
-
12lasagna noodles, no boil
-
16 ozricotta cheese
-
1 lgbrown organic egg
-
4 ozgrated fontina cheese
-
4 ozgrated gruyere cheese
-
8 ozgrated parigiano-reggiano cheese
-
1 lbfresh italian mozzarella cheese
How To Make lasagna

1In a dutch oven, cook sausage, ground turkey, onion,garlic over medium heat until well browned.drain off all fat from meat. stir in crushed tomatoes, tomatoe paste, and tomatoe sauce, and water about 1/2 cup.

2Season with sugar, basil,Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.Simmer, cover for about 1 hour.

3In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese,grated gruyere cheese, parigiana-reggiano cheese, and egg and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. preheat your oven to 375 degree.

4To asssemble, spread 1 1/2 cup of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. arrange 6 noodles lengthwise over meat sauce.. Spread with one half of the ricotta cheese mixture.Top with a third of the mozzarella cheese.

5Spoon 1 1/2 cups meat sauce over mozzarella, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Repeat layers, and top wiwth remainging mozzarella and parmesan cheese. cover with foil. to prevent sticking, use non stick foil, or spray foil with pam.

6Bake in preheated oven for 1hour . Remove foil, and bake an additional 25 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes before serving. Hope you enjoy!!!!
