Ingredients For poppin' panzanella salad

3 cday old crusty italian bread, cubed & lighlty toasted
-
1 lgtomato, cubed
-
1/4 cred onion, chopped
-
5 lgbasil leaves, torn
-
1/4 carugula, torn
-
6 slicepancetta, torn
-
4 sliceasiago chesse, torn
- DRESSING
-
1/4 colive oil, extra virgin
-
1 tsplemon zest, grated
-
1/2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
-
1/2 Tbspwhite wine vinegar
-
1/2 tspthyme, dried
-
salt & pepper to taste

**you can add capers, cucumbers, olives, salame, different cheeses & bread etc.**
How To Make poppin' panzanella salad
-
1Combine all the dressing ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add bread cubes to the mixing bowl and coat. Let the bread marinate in the dressing for 10 minutes. Toss in remaining salad ingredients to the mixing bowl. Mix well. Serve!
