Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For italian sub

1 lbbeef round steak, sliced into thin strips
-
1 lbbulk italian sausage
-
1 lgonion, thinly sliced
-
1 lggreen bell pepper, cut into strips
-
1 cansliced mushrooms, (optional)

1lb. 8 oz. jarspaghetti sauce
-
salt and pepper to taste

1loaf thickly sliced italian or french bread
How To Make italian sub

1In a large skillet add oil & lightly brown round steak,drain. Next brown Italian sausage until cooked and crumbly.

2Place browned round steak & sausage in a 5 qt. slow cooker. Layer onions, bell pepper strips & mushrooms over meat. Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour spaghetti sauce over all. Cover & cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over thick slices of fresh Italian or french bread.
