Ingredients For italian sausage stirfry

    italian sausages, uncooked and in a casting
  • 1 sm
    head broccoli
  • 1 sm
    onion cut into small chunks
  • 4 oz
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c
    baby carrots
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    webber veggie grill
  • garlic powder or garlic to taste
  • 1 box
    rice aroni chicken flavor rice or any rice prepared

How To Make italian sausage stirfry

    These can be done in any order. Prepare rice. Boil water and cook carrots boil water with broccoli in and turn off heat, wait 10 minutes and drain cut the veggies into bite sized pieces Fry the Italian sausage and slice into bites about 1/4 inch thick.

    Once all the above is done In a fry pan or wok melt the butter and add everything except the rice. stir fry until the food is hot, onions are opaque, and mushrooms are cooked.
