3italian sausages, uncooked and in a casting

1 smhead broccoli

1 smonion cut into small chunks

4 ozsliced mushrooms

1 cbaby carrots

1 Tbspbutter

1/2 tspwebber veggie grill

garlic powder or garlic to taste

1 boxrice aroni chicken flavor rice or any rice prepared
How To Make italian sausage stirfry

1These can be done in any order. Prepare rice. Boil water and cook carrots boil water with broccoli in and turn off heat, wait 10 minutes and drain cut the veggies into bite sized pieces Fry the Italian sausage and slice into bites about 1/4 inch thick.

2Once all the above is done In a fry pan or wok melt the butter and add everything except the rice. stir fry until the food is hot, onions are opaque, and mushrooms are cooked.

3serve with rice on the side or mixed in.
