Ingredients For italian sausage and cheese lasagna rolls

    lasagna noodles
  • 1 jar
    pasta sauce
  • 15 oz
    ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 2
    egg
  • 1 lb
    italian sausage, mild
  • salt and pepper

How To Make italian sausage and cheese lasagna rolls

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Brown sausage in skillet
  • 3
    Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions
  • 4
    Combine ricotta cheese, egg, and sausage in large bowl.

    When pasta is complete, drain, lay out flat side-by-side. Spoon mixture evenly onto each noodle. Roll noodle up and place in greased 9 x 13 pan. (Place small amount of pasta sauce in bottom of pan before placing rolls)

    Top with remaining sauce and cheese Bake 45 minutes.
