Make sure you have a napkin or bib on hand, this is awesome and messy. Sweetness from the grape tomatoes, tons of flavor from the infused olive oil, and the twang of the asiago, oh man!!!! Ingredients For italian naan sammie

1 cgrape tomatoes, halved

1/4 cgarlic and basil infused olive oil

2-4pcs. naan bread

8 ozluncheon meat>salami cubed

8 ozasiago cheese, grated
How To Make italian naan sammie

1Start by mincing 4 cloves of garlic, add to 1/2c of olive oil, add 2 tsp. of Mrs. Dash tomato and basil seasoning, or plain basil, or italian seasoning. Place in small saucepan and simmer for 20-30 min. DO NOT let garlic burn!!

2Half grape tomatoes, grate the Asiago, and cube the salami.

3Place salami in skillet with 1/4c infused olive oil and allow to crisp up.

4Remove salami, add tomatoes into same skillet. Simmer on very low for about 20-30 min until tomatoes start breaking down, smush tomatoes with a spatula a couple times while cooking.

5Preheat oven to 400°. Brush naan bread with the olive oil, sprinkle with cheese, place on lowest rack of oven for about 5-7 min. or till cheese is melted. Remove from oven. Spread on tomatoes, top with grated cheese and salami.
