My family loves my meatballs. I sometime use this same recipe to make a meatloaf.

Ingredients For italian meatballs

2 lbground beef
-
3 mditalian sausage, remove casings

4 lgeggs
-
1/2 cgrated romano or parmeson cheese

1 cfine bread crumbs

1/2 cminced onion
-
1/4 cparsley flakes
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsporegano, dried
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tspbasil, dried
How To Make italian meatballs

1Shape into balls about golf ball size (keep hands moistened with water)

2Brown in about 1/2 cup olive oil. Drain and add to simmering spaghetti sauce. Simmer for at least an hour or so.

3Tastes even better if made a day ahead & refrigerated over-nite then reheated. My family all love this recipe.
