My mom used to make these meatballs whenever we had spaghetti, and they are still my favorite meatballs! I use either ground turkey or ground chicken breast whenever I make these instead of the traditional ground beef, and they taste just as good! I also use this recipe to make an Italian flavored hamburger with a slice of Provolone cheese melted over the top. YUM!

1 citalian bread crumbs

1/2 cparmesan cheese

1 Tbspparsley

1/4 tspgarlic, finely chopped

2eggs, beaten

How To Make italian meatballs

1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and form into balls of desired size.

2In a large skillet, brown meatballs on all sides. Drop into spaghetti sauce & cook for 20 minutes. Serve with spaghetti or as meatball sandwiches.
