Ingredients For italian boudin balls

2 ccooked white rice
-
4 tspextra virgin olive oil

5 clovefinely chopped garlic

1 lbground beef
-
4 cpasta sauce - i prefer homemade

1 cparmesan cheese, grated

1 cmozzarella cheese, grated

3beaten eggs
-
1 citalian bread crumbs

1 cpanko bread crumbs
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make italian boudin balls

1Cook rice and set aside. Saute garlic in olive oil, add ground meat, cook until browned. Drain off excess grease.

2Mix rice, meat, salt & pepper and 1 cup of pasta sauce in large bowl. Add cheeses and mix well. Gently form mixture into 2" balls. Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate until cold. About 30 minutes.

3Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix both bread crumbs together. Dip balls in beaten egg then bread crumbs, making sure they are coated well. Place on baking sheet and bake until crispy. About 30 minutes. Serve with the remaining heated pasta sauce.
