I just made these last night with pregos herb and garlic spaghetti sauce.. i ate 5 lol :)

Ingredients For italian 3-cheese stuffed shells

1 lbground chuck

1 conion, chopped

1 clovegarlic, minced

24 ozspaghetti sauce

16 ozcottage cheese, small curd

8 ozshredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1egg, beaten
-
24jumbo pasta shells, cooked
How To Make italian 3-cheese stuffed shells

1Cook beef, onion and garlic in a lg. skillet over med. high heat, stirring until beef crumbles are no longer pink: drain. add spaghetti sauce and simmer over over med. heat about 30 minutes.

2Stir together cottage cheese, one cup mozzarella, parmesan cheese and egg in a med. bowl. mix well. Stuff cooked shells with cheese mixture: arrange in a greased 13x9 in. baking pan. Pour beef mixture over shells. Cover and cook at 350 for 40-45 min.

3Uncover and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
