Got this from a friend, Carol France...she's a good cook and came up with this one on her own. It's good on a cold day...

Ingredients For hot sausage soup

1 lbhot sausage, bulk style

3 (14 oz.) canbeef broth

1 (29 oz.) candiced tomatoes w/juice

3-4carrots, sliced
-
2onions, sliced
-
1/4cabbage head, chopped, optional
-
1 pkgcheese tortellini, optional
How To Make hot sausage soup

1Brown sausage, break up into crumbles. Drain.

2Combine all ingredients together in kettle and cook 45-60 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Can also be cooked in crockpot on 'low' for 4-6 hrs.
