Ingredients For homemade mac n' cheese

2 cuncooked elbow macaroni (or penne)

1 Tbspbutter

1 smfinely chopped onion

1 clovegarlic

1/2 tsppaprika
-
1 smred bell pepper
-
1 dashsalt and pepper

1 1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan

1 cshredded cheddar
-
1/2 csour cream, fat-free
How To Make homemade mac n' cheese

1Cook pasta noodles according to the package (boiling uncovered for usually 12-15 minutes).

2Drain fully and place in large saucepan. In separate medium saucepan over low heat combine butter, onion, and garlic. Cook until onions are soft and clear. Add pasta and cook on low. Mix in paprika and peppers, salt, pepper.

3Gradually add milk. Cook stirring constantly for ten mins. Add parmesan, cheddar cheese and sour cream. Stir until blended. Remove from heat. Serve.
