Ingredients For gourmet spaghetti - part 2 - sausage and spinach meatballs
- SAUSAGE AND SPINACH MEATBALLS

2 lbitalian sausage (recipe part 1)

1 lgyellow onion, peeled and chopped

1 pkgfrozen spinach, defrosted, drained and squeezed dry

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 lbricotta cheese

2eggs
-
1/8 tspnutmeg
-
2 Tbspolive oil

1 cdry white wine
How To Make gourmet spaghetti - part 2 - sausage and spinach meatballs

1Mix together all ingredients, except wine and oil. Form into large meatballs and brown in oil on both sides. Add wine, cover the pan and allow to simmer for 20 minutes or longer.
