I got this recipe from a neighbor years ago that belonged to a gourmet club. It is so delicious and special enough that I have even made it for Christmas dinner more than once! There are 3 parts to this recipe. I will post them seperately. If you like a lot of flavor, you will love it!! Look for all recipes. Ingredients For gourmet spaghetti - part 1 - italian sausage
- ITALIAN SAUSAGE

2 lbcourse ground lean pork

1 Tbspcourse ground fennel

2bay leaves, crushed

1 Tbspdried parsley flakes

3 clovegarlic, crushed

1/8 tsphot dried red pepper flakes

2 tspsalt

1/2 tspfresh ground black pepper

4 Tbspwater

1Mix together all ingredients and let rest in refrigerator for 1 hr. Then mix again. Use this sausage to make the meatballs.
