I am the only one in my family diagosed with celiac sprue. It is so hard for me to find foods I enjoy other than just meat and vegetables. This recipe is so easy and good.

Ingredients For gluten free pizza crust

  • 1 pkg
    yeast
  • 3/4 c
    warm water
  • 2 1/2 c
    gluten free bisquick
  • pizza ingredients of your choice

How To Make gluten free pizza crust

    Mix all ingredients and spread onto greased 20 to 12 inch pizza pan. Bake about 5 minutes at 425. Add your choice of pizza ingredients and bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Note: The smaller the pan the thicker the crust or the larger the pan the thinner the crust.
