Ingredients For game time stromboli

  • 2 pkg
    13.8 oz. regrigerated pizza crust
  • 8 oz
    thinly sliced poart-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz
    thinly sliced mortadelloa
  • 8 oz
    prosciutto
  • 8 oz
    thinly sliced hard salami
  • 1 lg
    green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    shredded asiago cheese
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • warmed marinara sauce

How To Make game time stromboli

    On a greased baking sheet, unroll one pizza crust and pat into a 16 X 13 inch rectangle. Layer half of the mozzarella cheese, delli meats and pepper lengthwise down center third of crust, leaving a 1/2 inch border at each end. Fold up long sides of crust over filling, pinching seam and ends to seal. Fold up ends. Cut slits in top. Repeate with remaining ingredients.

    Sprinkle each with half of the Asiago cheese, garlic powder and parsley.

    Bake at 425 for 16-20 min. or until golden brown. Serve with warm marinara sauce.
