This is so easy . Put it together the night before. No need to cook the shells.I new twist using chicken that the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients For easy chicken manicotti

  • 1 box
    manicotti shells
  • 3
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1-32 oz jar
    prego spaghetti sauce
  • garlic salt
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • parmesan cheese

How To Make easy chicken manicotti

    Defrost chicken till it's still slightly frozen for easy slicing. Slice chicken into 12 strips (enough to fill manicotti shells.No need to cook manicotti shells. Grease 13x9 pan
  • 2
    Season chicken with garlic salt. Stuff chicken strips into shells and put into greased pan.Pour Prego over and cover. Refridge over night.

    Preheat oven to 350* Bake covered for 1 hour or until shells are done. Sprinkle with mozzarella and return to oven till chesse melts.

    Serve with parm cheese to sprinkle. Goes great with a tossed salad and garlic bread.
