I don't remember where I first found this recipe, but we love it. I have also seen this called Pour-a-pan-pizza. It is quick, easy, and tastes delicious.

Ingredients For crazy crust pizza

  • CRUST
  • 2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef or sausage
  • TOPPINGS
  • 1 can
    pizza sauce (15 oz)
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg
    pepperoni
  • 1 can
    black olives, sliced
  • 1 can
    mushrooms, sliced

How To Make crazy crust pizza

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large skillet, brown meat until fully cooked. While the meat is cooking, combine the remaining crust ingredients. It should be the consistency of pancake batter.

    Spray a 9 X 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan, and top with browned meat. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

    Remove from oven and spread with pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni, mushroom, and olives (or your family's favorite toppings). Sprinkle with cheese, and return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
