This is one of my all-time favorite white pizzas, because of the ricotta it has a creamy, cheesy base and is actually healthy.

Ingredients For broccoli-rabe white pizza

  • 3/4 c
    low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli-rabe
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried roseamry, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 8 oz
    reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1
    10 oz boboli pizza crust, i used whole wheat

How To Make broccoli-rabe white pizza

    Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ olive oil cookine spray. Place oven rack in lowest position. In bowl, mix together ricotta and parmesan cheeses.

    Rinse and dry the broccoli-rabe. Cut into 2"-pieces. In lg skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook garlic 1 min. Add broccoli-rabe, salt, rosemary and red pepper flakes. Cook until broccoli-rabe is tender.

    Sprinkle mozzarella chees evenly over pizza crust. Spread broccoli-rabe mix over mozzarella cheese. Drop rounded tbsp of ricotta mix over broccoli. Bake 10 mins, or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned.
