Ingredients For braised kale over quinoa pasta (alfredo)

    quinoa pasta
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 5-6 lg
    fresh kale, chopped (leaves)
  • 5-6 lg
    mshrooms (sliced)
  • 1 c
    cashews, unsalted
  • 8-10
    garlic colves
  • 1/2 c
    water

    Boil Pasta according to package instructions
