The combined taste of grapes and boursin is divine. I purposely left out the basil in this bruschetta because I did not want to overpower the flavor of the cheese.

Ingredients For boursin n grape bruschetta

2 slicebaguette

4 Tbspboursin cheese

1/4 cred grapes (seedless), sliced in half

4 Tbspdiced tomato

2 Tbspdiced red onion

2 Tbspdiced cucumber

1 Tbspdiced red pepper

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/8 tspgarlic

1 tspolive oil

dash of dried parsley flakes
How To Make boursin n grape bruschetta

1Spread 2 tbs boursin cheese on each baguette slice. Toast in toaster oven for 3-4 minutes, until bread is crispy on sides.

2In the meantime, mix the rest of the ingredients (except grapes and parsley) in bowl.

3Top bread with the grapes, arranging them to cover the entire slice.

4Spoon the mixture over the top, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
