Ingredients For bob's sausage-n-cheese for the dutch oven.

2 1/2 lbhot italian sausage, cubed.

2 cchopped onions
-
2/3 cchopped green peppers
-
2 clovechopped garlic
-
2 16oz cantomatoes, stewed italian-style

2 8oz cantomatoe juce
-
1 lbchinese sausage
-
1 mdzucchini chopped
-
8 ozmushrooms,your choice
-
1 10oz canbeef stock
-
2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1 cgrated parmesan and romano cheese

1/2 lbbacon, cooked

1 Tbspolive oil, light
How To Make bob's sausage-n-cheese for the dutch oven.

1In a large cast iron Dutch oven add oil then cook bacon till crisp. Remove with slotted spoon. break up and set a side.. Now add sausage and cook till no longer pink.. Add onions, peppers, and garlic.. Cover and cook till tender. 10-15 minutes.

2Uncover and add every thing except the cheese.. Heat and stir on med heat for about 30 minutes.. Stir in 1/2 of the cheese. cover the top with remaining cheese. cover and heat till cheese melts.. I serve this over cooked brown rice..
