My Husband and Grandkids just love this Pizza.I usually have to make it twice a month.My Mother lives in Alaska and made this for us when she came to visit.I made a few changes and it is soooo good.

1/2 lbfresh mozzerella ball

1/2 cchopped bell pepper

1 cfresh mushrooms,canned can be used

1 pkgpepperoni

1/2 ceach chopped ham,italian sausage and chopped canadian bacon or meats of your choice

11/2 cgrated mozzerella cheese separated

1 cgrated cheddar cheese....add more cheese if you like it cheesy.

1MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS EXCEPT YEAST AND WHISK UNTIL BLENDED.

2MAKE A HOLE IN THE FLOUR MIXTURE AND ADD OIL THEN YEAST

3POUR WATER ABOUT HALF AT A TIME AND MIX.ADD WATER UNTIL YOU HAVE A TACKY BLOB

4POUR MIXTURE ONTO A FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD WITH FLOUR UNTIL YOU HAVE A SMOOTH BALL.

5PUT BALL INTO A WELL OILED BOWL AND PUT SOME OIL ON TOP OF BALL AND COVER WITH A TOWEL UNTIL IT RISES DOUBLE.USUALLY 2 HOURS.

6TURN OUT ON A FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD FOR ABOUT 3-5 MINUTES. THEN CUT IN HALF AND ROLL EACH PIECE TO THE SIZE YOU WANT IT.

7PUT ON A GREASED LARGE PIZZA PAN AND GENTLY STRETCH TO THE SIZE OF THE PAN.

12BAKE IN A 450 OVEN UNTIL CHEESE IS GOLDEN.
