1SPRAY BAKING SHEET WITH COOKING SPRAY. CUT EGGPLANT INTO 2 INCH SLICES. PLACE ON BAKING SHEET AND BAKE AT 375 FOR 10 MINUTES

2LAYER IN 8X8 BAKING PAN - 3 LAYERS OF EACH PASTA SAUCE EGGPLANT MAZZARELLA CHEESE PARMESAN CHEESE

3COVER AND BAKE AT 400 FOR 30 MINUTES.

4UNCOVER AND CONTINUE BAKING FOR 10 MINUTES.
